It is worth noting that the CDA engaged E-in-C to conduct a hydrological assessment of Sector E-11 following last year’s flooding and cloud burst. The incidents caused considerable damage to property and lives. The CDA claimed that the flooding was caused by the encroachment and clogging of natural storm channels in the area.
