Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed on Wednesday ordered improvement of facilities at Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9) during his visit, according to media reports.

Chairman Amir Ali stated that the F-9 Park will be converted into a state of the art facility by providing recreational services and completing construction work as soon as possible. He went on to say that all of our resources will be utilised to develop it into a model park.
Furthermore, Amir Ali urged the authorities to improve and upgrade development work prior to the monsoon season. He also directed that grass and shrubs be removed from the pedestrian paths. The chairman also asked that an adequate lighting system be installed in the park, particularly along the walking and jogging trails.

Amir Ali also suggested that additional shade and fruit trees be planted, as well as more lighting be installed in the park. During his visit, the CDA chairman asked that the tree be trimmed and wild shrubs be removed to improve its beauty. He gave the order to make the green restaurant operational.
