Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal on Wednesday issued instructions regarding the service delivery at Citizens Facilitation Centre, according to news sources.

During his visit to the Citizens Facilitation Centre, the authority chairman highlighted several concerns being faced by the people in transferring their properties. Moreover, he ordered the establishment of dedicated counters for senior citizens and overseas Pakistanis.

The CDA’s Citizens Facilitation Centre has been established in Sector G-7 near Blue Area. Mr Mengal also revealed that he plans to establish a small office at the centre for himself and will be available there once a week to alleviate the concerns of the masses. The CDA chief warned that no negligence will be tolerated in the resolution of the public’s problems.
