Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has extended the deadline for submission of property tax till October 31, a notification of the authority’s official website informed.

The authority has extended the deadline for submitting property tax bills while also offering a 5% rebate to all residential and commercial taxpayers. Furthermore, the CDA has set forth the following tax payment measures:

- Residential customers who missed the September 30 deadline must obtain new/updated invoices on the CDA website or from the Directorate of Revenue.
- CDA has automated tax payments in order to improve the tax return experience and consumer convenience. Residents of Islamabad may now pay their taxes through online payment methods such as 1Link and HBL, MCB banking applications, or by visiting the local bank branch.
