The Machinery Pool Organisation (MPO) is spearheading this carpeting work. The authority claims that in-house carpeting is 37% more budget efficient as compared to external contracts. The sources reported that CDA deems in-house carpeting as a way to expand the department’s resourcefulness, aside it’s economic advantages. The carpeting work over Major Road 3, facing WAPDA Grid Station and Service Road North, has also been completed under this rehabilitation project in D-12.
