Mr Khan went on to say that the authority is in contact with local trade organisations and has chosen to get them on board before launching the operation. The project will include the removal of encroachments from sidewalks as well as the relocation of some showrooms to a more suitable site. It was highlighted that the operation would restore Islamabad’s elegance, which has been overwhelmed by illegal business activities.
