Islamabad: Capital Administration and Development Division Mayor Sheikh Anser Aziz who is also the Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman, has instructed the civic body to increase the pace of work at the Islamabad Expressway’s Khana Bridge and Sohan Interchange, according to a news source. He visited the site on Saturday to monitor development work.
During his visit, he issued important instructions to CDA about the design of the interchange for minimisation of traffic obstruction. Aziz also instructed the authority to start landscaping and the installation of electricity poles simultaneously. With such robust monitoring, the CDA is all set to meet its deadline for the inauguration of Sohan Interchange and Khana Bridge.
