Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA), in collaboration with the Capital Development Authority (CDA), has launched the Margalla Enclave project, aiming to promote development in the area and support the local community, according to CDA sources. According to the details, the CDA and DHA initiated the sale of residential plots in Margalla Enclave, offering options of 5 marla, 10 marla, and one kanal plots. Investors can avail instalment plans spanning one to three years, with development charges included in the cost of plots.
The DHA management is also devising plans to enhance the quality of life for the local community and bring significant improvements to the area. Drawing from previous successful initiatives, the project aims to improve infrastructure and transform the surroundings, including better roads and smoother traffic flow.
