Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently imposed substantial taxes on both commercial and residential properties, according to a news source on March 24.

Under the details, these taxes vary based on property type and size, ranging from PKR 24,000 for smaller properties to PKR 442,090 for larger farmhouses. Additionally, the FBR’s decision now mandates a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the transfer of residential and commercial properties worth PKR 25 million or more.
