Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Wednesday concluded its three-day auction event at the Jinnah Convention Centre and provided notification of bids worth PKR 27 billion received against the auction of 16 commercial plots, according to news sources.

The authority auctioned off two commercial plots and fetched bids worth PKR 8 billion on the third and last day of the proceedings. During the first two days of CDA commercial plots’ auction, bids to the tune of PKR 19 billion were received.

On the third day of the event, bids were received for plots from I-14 class 3 shopping centre and Blue Area. During the said proceeding, commercial land from different developed business centres of Islamabad were presented. During the first two days, plots from Diplomatic Enclave, I-8 Markaz, Blue Area, Sector G-11/3, G-9 Markaz, F-10, Industrial Triangle Kahuta, Orchard Scheme and Industrial Area I-10/3. The board of the civic authority will give the final approval in this regard.
