Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has joined hands with the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) to assist citizens of the federal capital through a unique citizen facilitation centre currently under construction in G-7.
This decision to collaborate was taken by CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal and Nadra Chairman Usman Mobin at a meeting on October 20 at the CDA’s headquarters. Senior officials of both authorities were in attendance.
According to this agreement, Nadra will organise the balloting of plots and supervise the allocation process to ensure transparency, while the CDA will be responsible for addressing the day to day grievances of the public.
During the meeting, Chairman Afzal also assured attendees that although the One Window Directorate is currently operating very efficiently, the authority will improve it even further to ensure the highest level of citizen satisfaction.
