CDA auctions off 20 residential plots for PKR 696 mn

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Tuesday auctioned off 20 residential plots and fetched up to PKR 696 million through the bidding process, according to news sources. Earlier on Monday, the civic agency had commenced with its three-day biannual auction event in the city’s Jinnah Convention Centre facility.

The auction will conclude on 24 October. As per details, an impressive crowd, including investors, attended the event and expressed enthusiasm for the biddings. The development authority associated this favourable response to its improved and investor-friendly policies, and expressed gratitude to the successful bidders for showing trust in its pro-business endeavours.
