Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) auctioned 11 plots worth PKR 3.63 billion on the first day of the three-day auction organised by the authority, according to a news report. The auctioned pots are commercial plots in various developed sectors of the capital. The auction will continue until 29th March 2018, during which more commercial plots will be auctioned.
A large number of people enthusiastically joined the auction on the first day to bid for their favourite plots. The auction event is being overseen by a committee formed with the approval of CDA Chairman Usman Akhtar Bajwa. CDA is set to auction about 30 commercial plots during the three-day event.
