The announcement came during a CDA meeting focused on enhancing the use of prime hotel plots in the capital. Special attention was given to creating appealing investment opportunities for overseas Pakistanis to support economic growth and foster their involvement in national development.
In addition to real estate projects, the meeting addressed the city’s solid waste management strategy. Officials provided updates on the progress of a comprehensive waste management study, highlighting the preparation of bidding documents for outsourcing these services. Efforts are also underway to establish a dedicated waste management company, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
