Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) auctioned six commercial plots on Wednesday, generating over PKR 12.45 billion on the 2nd day at the ongoing auction event, as reported by a news source on October 3.

As shared in the details, the event was held at the Gandhara Citizen Centre, F-9 Park, Islamabad. The auction, which commenced on October 1, is set to continue until October 3. Notably, a plot on Garden Avenue, designated for a hotel, was sold for PKR 1.48 billion on the second day. Other commercial plots available for auction include those intended for motels, apartments, and shopping centers located in key areas of Islamabad. The auction is overseen by a committee headed by CDA Member Finance Tahir Naeem and Estate Management-II Director Tabinda Tariq.

Investors are offered several incentives, such as a two-year payment plan, possession of the plot after 75% payment, and up to a 15% discount for full or USD payments. All bids will be reviewed before receiving final approval from the CDA Board.
