According to the details, the auction will be held from February 25 to 28, 2025. Beginning daily at 10:00 AM, the event will present a lucrative opportunity for investors seeking high-value commercial real estate in the capital.
A diverse selection of plots will be available, including commercial centres, industrial plots, apartment sites, Park Enclave commercial plots, Class-III shopping centres, and constructed shops in Blue Area parking plazas. Additionally, premium commercial plots in the Blue Area will be up for bidding, offering a rare chance to acquire property in one of Islamabad’s most sought-after business districts.
To attract investors, CDA has introduced several incentives, such as a 5% rebate on payments made in U.S. dollars and a 10% discount for those who complete full payment within one month. Building plan approvals will be granted upon an initial payment of 25%, while site and marketing office charges will be waived during the approved construction period.
A flexible payment plan allows the remaining 75% to be paid in six equal instalments over two years. Possession of plots will be handed over after 75% of the payment is made, with a valid bank guarantee ensuring the completion of the transaction.
