Islamabad: During the second day of the public auction of commercial plots held by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), 12 commercial plots worth PKR 2.76 billion were sold, according to a news report. A total of 23 plots worth PKR 6.4 billion have been sold over the two days of auction. Today, 29th March, is the last day of this auction.
In the second day of auction, the bid offered for Diplomatic Enclave’s Plot No. 17-D was PKR 626,000/yard2. While Sector F’s Plot No. 17 was auctioned for PKR 722,000/yard2. The bid for G-11 Markaz’s Plot No. 36 settled at PKR 180,000/yard2.
Sector G-11/3’s Plot No. 20 was auctioned for PKR 130,000/yard2 while the final bid for Sector G-10/3’s Plot No. 3-G was PKR 712,000/yard2. Sector G-11/1’s Plot No. 1-J was auctioned for PKR 575,000/yard2, and the final bid offered for Sector G-11/3’s Plot No. 5-I and Sector G-11/4’s Plot 6-A was same at PKR 485,000/yard2. For Sector I-8/4’s Plot No. 1028 on IJP Road, the CDA closed the deal at PKR 256,000/yard2.
Community Core Sector H-8/2’s Plot 4-N received a bid of PKR 520,000 and the deal for H-11/4 Plot No. 7-G finalised at PKR 281,000/yard2. While Sector 1-8/2 Plot No. 1-F received a bid of PKR 475,000/yard2.
