The civic agency had announced Sector E-12 in 1985 but the allottees did not get the plots after three decades. The CDA told the allottees that they would receive plots in I-12 but that did not happen. Previously fake allottees were included and structures were built on the plots. As a result, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) launched an investigation into the matter.
