According to the details, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has instructed the CDA to ensure the project adheres to international standards, contributing to both the city’s economic growth and aesthetic appeal.
The proposed club, with an estimated cost of PKR 27 billion, will offer exclusive memberships to overseas Pakistanis. The project’s first phase aims to accommodate 10,000 members, each paying a membership fee of USD 20,000. This initiative is expected not only to provide a modern facility but also to create a steady revenue stream for the CDA.
During a briefing by senior CDA officials, the PM emphasised the importance of the club surpassing the standards of existing facilities such as the Gymkhana Club and Islamabad Club. He instructed the CDA to prepare a comprehensive Project Concept (PC-1) to ensure the club’s infrastructure and services align with international benchmarks.
