Islamabad: Traders Welfare Association G-11 Markaz Islamabad Syed Qaiser Abbas Kazmi asked the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to address the many issues facing the development of G-11 Markaz, stated a news report. This meeting was attended by a number of officials from the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & industry (ICCI), CDA and members of Traders Welfare Association.
While addressing the meeting, ICCI President Sheikh Amir Waheed said that G-11 Markaz is an important business centre of the federal capital and that the CDA should resolve all key issues at the earliest. He said that there was no water filtration plant in the area and no public toilet because of which traders are facing a number of issues. He outlined broken roads, footpaths and lack of parking facilities as key issues as well. He directed the CDA and Metropolitan Corporation of Islamabad to address these issues to facilitate growth in business activities.
