Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved the PC-I of three sectors in the capital city, a news source reported. These include Sectors E-12, I-15 and I-14.

Moreover, CDA’s Development Working Party (DWP) approved the extension to the execution period of development work at Park Enclave. It also approved five pedestrian bridges around the city.
According to a statement issued by the CDA, E-12 was launched almost 40 years ago but the development work could not be launched. Possession issues had also surfaced in the project.
CDA-DWP approved PC-I for the development of E-12 amounting to PKR 6,691.55 million.

I-15 was also launched to provide housing to low-income citizens but the development work could not be started despite a lapse of over 15 years. The agency approved its PC-I worth PKR 5,657 million in the meeting. A PC-I worth PKR 4,241 million was also approved for I-14.
