Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently announced the long-overdue Built-up Property (BuP) Award for Sector C-15, according to news published in the leading newspaper on July 3.

As per the details, the CDA announces pending BuP award for the land acquired in 2008 through a land-sharing formula. Under this, the landowners were promised a developed plot of one kanal for 4-kanal of their land. However, the BuP award has been pending since then.
Moreover, the CDA will be providing cash or plot benefits to 287 eligible individuals for the built-up property. For the individuals who were unable to provide the required details to the civic agency, their names will be included in the B-List. These individuals are given a chance to contact the CDA with the necessary documents to secure their benefits.

The news source mentioned that the CDA has collaborated with the ICT Revenue Department, ensuring accuracy and transparency before announcing the awards. It was shared that the final lists have been signed by two ICT officers before the official announcement of the BuP awards.
