Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has released details for an upcoming auction of commercial plot in Islamabad, according to a news article on January 3.

As disclosed by the source, the auction is scheduled to transpire from January 10 to 12, at Ghandra Hall, F9 Park. This strategic move by the CDA, featuring 35 commercial plots, aims to fortify its financial health amidst ongoing challenges. The auction will present 11 plots on the first day, 10 plots on the second day, and 14 plots on the third day, covering various pivotal areas within the city.

On the inaugural day, the CDA plans to showcase 8 plots in central locations, 2 plots in the commercial hub of Blue Area, and 1 plot on Park Road. The second day will feature a diverse array, including plots designated for apartments, hotels, petrol pumps, hospitals, and timber-related activities. The final day of the auction will highlight plots for agro farms, Information and Technology (I&T) Centres, Aabpara Market, and Class Three shopping centres.
