Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) – through balloting conducting by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) – has allotted as many as 321 plots in the Sectors I-12 and I-14 to people ‘in lieu of deleted plots’, according to a news published today (April 12).

As per the CDA officials, these plots were allotted to people whose land was eliminated in the design revision of the maps and also for the people whose land was wrongfully allotted to multiple individuals (double allotments).
As per the statement offered by an authority official; out of these 321 plots, 205 plots were allotted in Sector I-12 and 116 plots were allotted in Sector I-14. The balloting of these plots was conducted at the CDA headquarters and was attended by several CDA officers.

Reportedly, the civic authority also plans to allot plots to affectees of Sector E-12 to get possession of the sector. Presently, the applications of the affectees were being scrutinized.
