ISLAMABAD, JAN 14 (DNA) — The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has successfully conducted an e-balloting process for the allotment of 236 residential plots in Sector C-14, a prime location nestled at the foothills of the Margalla Hills. The event, supervised directly by CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, was hailed for its transparency and efficiency.
The e-balloting was conducted with technical assistance from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to ensure a fair and open process. Participants’ seed numbers were randomly selected to maintain integrity throughout the event. Overseas Pakistanis were granted the first right of preference for the plots in Sector C-14.

The CDA received an overwhelming response, with over 1,700 applications submitted for the limited plots. In the event that successful applicants fail to meet payment deadlines, plots will be offered to citizens on the waiting list formed during the balloting.
Sector C-14, located in one of Islamabad’s most sought-after areas, is expected to become the future “E-7” of the city, offering modern civic amenities and a desirable residential environment. Development work in the sector is progressing rapidly, with continuous efforts to ensure timely completion, according to the CDA.
The list of successful candidates has been made available on the CDA’s official website and social media platforms for easy access. Chairman Randhawa expressed his gratitude to the applicants for their trust in the CDA and congratulated the successful candidates.
