ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has set up special information counters for citizens, consolidating all facility counters under one roof, as reported by a news source on May 20.
Additionally, the digitization process of CDA records has commenced, aiming to expedite complaint resolution and provide comprehensive services to citizens. Furthermore, the CDA has extended its One Window operation hours from 9 am to 9 pm to better accommodate citizens, according to a news release.
