Malir: The Cantonment Board Malir (CBM) has offered a 15% rebate on payment of House Tax or Conservancy Tax by September 30, the board announced through a notification in local dailies earlier today (August 6). The purpose of this initiative is to encourage taxpayers to make timely payments.

According to the notification, the CBM’s announcement applies to the owners of all the properties located within the board’s jurisdiction. The notice pointed out that the bills for these taxes have already been dispatched to the citizens. In addition, cash payments are required to be made by September 30, while cheques need to be submitted by September 20, in order to avail the 15% rebate.
The property owners who have not received their bills as yet have been notified to contact the CMB Revenue Branch located at Bostan Line Malir.

The public can also make tax payments through ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, and over the counter services. The details for these payment methods are available on the Military Lands & Cantonments website.
