Lahore: The Lahore Central Business District Development Authority (LCBDDA) has decided to construct an ‘Authority Square’ in National Bank Park, news sources reported on October 26.
According to the information released, the ‘Authority Square’ would be developed to provide a quality recreational area for the city’s families and people. The project will be constructed in accordance with international standards and building codes, making it a one-of-a-kind urban infrastructure in the area. The project will include digital LED billboard panels and walkways on the newly approved CBDAA main boulevard.
It is worth noting that CBD is Pakistan’s first environmentally friendly and long-term initiative. The project also includes the construction of Lahore’s first downtown, which will include skyscrapers and corporate complexes with eco-friendly designs.
