Lahore: CEO of the Central Business District (CBD) Imran Ameen attended a meeting chaired by Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Tahir Farooq to discuss the authority’s restructuring, reported a news source.
During the meeting, it was decided that CBD will assist in implementing corporate sector-style reforms within LDA, in accordance with instructions from Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, aimed at enhancing revenue generation, improving efficiency, and attracting investment in the provincial capital.

The LDA director general highlighted plans for officers and staff to undergo modern refresher training courses to align with new market trends and suggested amendments to the LDA Act to facilitate investors and streamline business operations.
Emphasizing the importance of adapting to changing market dynamics, the meeting concluded with a visit by the LDA Director General and CEO CBD Imran Ameen to the One Window Cell to review ongoing reforms and enhancements.
