Lahore: The Capital Punjab Development (CBD) Punjab recently held the bid opening for the Celestia IT Tower project in Lahore’s premier IT hub, CBD NSIT IT City, as reported on June.
According to the details, several leading construction firms, including Habib Construction, Maksons, EDCO King Concrete, and Hasnat Builders, submitted sealed bids covering both financial and technical aspects. After a meticulous evaluation process that assessed technical qualifications and financial viability, the contract for the 19-story Celestia Tower, estimated at PKR 7 billion, will be awarded to the most qualified bidder.
