Lahore: NSB Bearing (Pvt) Ltd. has won the lease for a four-kanal commercial plot for a petrol pump and food court in a competitive auction held by Central Business District (CBD) Punjab on Tuesday. The news was reported on October 16.
As per details, the winning bid of PKR 81 million annually marks a significant milestone in CBD Punjab’s development strategy. Located on the prime CBD Route 47 in Quaid District, this site attracted considerable interest from leading petroleum companies and business groups, with initial bids starting at PKR 46 million. NSB Bearing emerged victorious after an intense bidding process.
Commenting on the successful auction, CBD Punjab CEO Imran Amin, emphasized the authority’s dedication to fostering economic growth. “This auction underscores our commitment to developing infrastructure that serves both commercial and community needs. The petrol station and food court will provide much-needed convenience for commuters and residents in the area,” he stated.
The plot is the only one in the CBD Quaid District master plan designated for this purpose, further enhancing its strategic value. The auction was overseen by CBD Punjab Chairman Barrister Syed Azfar Ali Nasir, CEO Imran Amin, COO Brigadier (Retd) Mansoor Janjua, and senior board members.
