Lahore: The Central Business District (CBD) in Punjab has successfully concluded its third auction of commercial plots, generating a significant revenue of PKR 6.55 billion, as reported in a news article on May 24. According to the details, the auction featured three prime mixed-use commercial plots in the prestigious CBD Punjab Business Bay, attracting bidders from all over Pakistan. Notable participants included Zameen.com, BSM Developers, Enrichers Investment Group, Banu Mukhtar, and Grand City. The competitive bidding underscored the strategic importance and investment potential of these plots.
