Lahore: The Central Business District (CBD)-Lahore is set to have the tallest building in Punjab in form of Sirius Tower, which is expected to attract foreign and domestic investment, according to news published on February 23.

As per the details, Sirius Tower will be centrally located in CBD Punjab Boulevard in Lahore. It is a mixed-use project that will offer space for commercial, recreational, and residential purposes. The building will be constructed on 24 kanals of land and will have an approved height of 750 ft. It was shared that the construction of the skyscraper will be carried out in three phases: Digital Valley, Business District, and Commercial & Residential District.

The news source mentioned that this mega project will create job opportunities and promote sustainable growth through Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) or Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The completion of the project might take 5 years and is expected to be ready by 2028. CBD Executive Director (Commercial) Mohammed Omer opined that the said project will transform the skyline of Lahore and promote economic growth.
