Lahore: The Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) is actively advancing the Walton Railway Crossing Flyover and Walton Road Upgradation projects following the inauguration of CBD Route 47, as claimed by a news source on March 3.

According to the details, these projects aim to improve connectivity and alleviate traffic congestion in the city. Progress includes completing Flyover Two’s MSC wall up to sub-grade level and achieving 70% completion for Flyover One’s MSC wall.

Additionally, significant strides have been made in abutments and transom work, setting the stage for the placement of girders. CEO Imran Amin led a project review meeting to ensure alignment and timely execution, emphasising the transformative impact on Lahore’s urban landscape and daily commute.
