Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a warning of lease cancellation to the owners of all unauthorised car showrooms operating in commercial areas of Islamabad, according to news published on April 4.
Read:CDA to auction plots for food businesses As per reports, CDA Chairman Noor ul Amin Mengal shared a warning notice on Twitter, stating that several illegal car showrooms have been identified in various sectors of the capital, which are in violation of non-conforming rules and lease agreements.
The involved car showroom owners are asked to vacate the premises by April 20 to avoid legal penalties including; heavy fines, lease agreement cancellations, and sealing of premises.
