Islamabad: Capital Smart City has announced the plot ballot date for its Overseas Block-I and Executive Block-I, as per informed Zameen News sources. According to details, the computerised ballot process is scheduled to take place on December 21st (Saturday). Further, Zameen.com will provide ceremony coverage for its users by relaying the event live on its official Facebook page.

Mr. Zahid Rafique, Chairman FDHL, Director Habib Rafique (pvt) Limited and Mr. Jehanzaib Zahid, Director FDHL will be gracing the occasion as chief guests. As per the details exclusively shared by the developer, the event encompasses a site tour for the attendees, followed by lunch and the computerised ballot procedure. Please note that it is an invite-only event and those who receive the invite will be required to get themselves registered before December 19, 2019.

Zameen.com’s trusted sources have revealed that Capital Smart City’s Overseas-I Block will be ready for possession and allotment of plots by 1st quarter 2020. Here the mosques, roads infrastructure, schools and water supply arrangements have been already developed.
On the event day the Capital Smart City project developer will lay foundation of the Fashion Boulevard and lay extensive network for Optic fibre in Overseas Block, while the Executive Block will see the foundation laying of mosques, schools, construction of water tanks and laying of infrastructure for optic fibre network.
