Islamabad: The Capital Smart City has announced a plot ballot event, scheduled to take place in mid-November, for its Overseas and Executive blocks – a news source reported.
While no final date has been announced as of yet, members have been asked to clear their dues by October 15 for inclusion in the ballot process. Future Developments Holdings Private Limited (FDHL) has also announced its plans to hand over the possession of blocks in a phased manner. It revealed that the possession for Executive and Overseas Block will become available by the first quarter of 2020.
Additionally, it has been announced that those members who have paid 40% of the charges upfront for a plot will be allowed to choose the location of their plot on the map without a location ballot. They will, however, have to pay the due instalments by October 15.
The developer has also announced its intention to facilitate the file holders (during the ballot event) who had booked their files before January 2019.
