Lahore: The Capital Smart City management has uploaded the approved master plan of the community and the results of the first e-ballot conducted on December 21 to the scheme’s official website (www.smartcitypk.com), as per informed Zameen News sources.
In that ballot, the society management electronically allocated numbers against plots situated in its Overseas-I and Executive Block-I. The ballot ceremony was extensively covered by Zameen.com, where videos from the event were also relayed live.

The Capital Smart City members can visit the webpage reserved for ballot results, entre their CNIC details and the mobile number registered with the developer to see the ballot results. On the same page, you can also view the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA)-approved master plan of the society, as well as respective maps for Overseas I and Executive Block-I.

As per the society management, development work is currently underway in these blocks and it is expected that possession there will be handed over in the first quarter of 2020.
Meanwhile, market sources have revealed that the demand for properties in Capital Smart City has started to register growth. This in response to the development activity the society has been engaged with at the project site and the fact that Capital Smart City has delivered on its promises regarding the project launch and ballot.
