Lahore: Future Development Holding (FDH) (Pvt) Ltd recently organized the official launch ceremony of their Capital Smart City project in Islamabad. A large number of people from all walks of life attended the event, which took place at the Serena Hotel on October 6 (Sunday).

Addressing the ceremony, FDHL Group Chief Operating Officer Muhammad Aslam Malik said that the Capital Smart City would emerge as Pakistan’s first smart city with an approved, dedicated interchange on Islamabad-Lahore (M-2) Motorway.
FDHL is developing Capital Smart City in association with Habib Rafique and Surbana Jurong Singapore. As per officials, the project is set to become Pakistan’s first and the world’s 23rd smart city initiative. Having top names from the real estate sector on board for the project is a testament to the fact that the project will be delivered on time and as per the international construction and master-planning standards.

The intelligent and unique project plan of Capital Smart City has earned the attention of both the government and private individuals, said FDH Director Jahanzaib Zahid. Further, the developer is all set to hold a ballot event to allocate plot numbers to the Capital Smart City file holders next month, news broke by DGM sales & marketing Mujeeb Ahmed Khan.
