Islamabad: The two-day Capital Smart City Expo, held at the Pakistan-China Friendship Centre, concluded on Sunday, according to news sources. As per details, the exhibition showcased projects designed to cater to the needs of real estate stakeholders seeking lucrative investment opportunities.
Over 80 leading companies related to real estate, construction tools/smart products, manufacturing, architecture and allied industries set up stalls at the event.
Capital Smart City General Manager (GM) Mujeeb Ahmad Khan said that this expo sought to promote the idea of smart home construction. He further stated that his project would offer convenient payment plans a modern living experience.

He also said that due to the project’s prominent location on the eastern route of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), it will turn into a vibrant commercial and financial hub. The project is even more attractive because of its surrounding natural forests, hills and lush green scenic landscape, he added.

The visitors of the event showed an avid interest in the project and were enthused over the special discounts offered at the expo. Moreover, they requested the government to formulate business-friendly rules and policies for the real estate sector.
