Islamabad: In a major shift towards e-payment infrastructure, Capital Smart City has introduced an e-challan system for installment payments, news sources reported on October 3. Under the e-payment system, the residents of Lahore Smart City and Capital Smart City will be able to pay their bills on time via an online system.
This will eliminate the requirement to provide payment evidence with management since the ledger will be immediately updated upon payment.
Moreover, the finance department shared information on the new system, stating that the authority has developed a secure e-payment website as well as Android and iOS applications. The customers can follow the below-mentioned steps to pay their bills:
