Islamabad: The Capital Smart City (CSC) administration has announced the launch of an ‘overseas prime block’ encompassing a new purpose-built smart community designed by the famed Surbana Jurong – a Singaporean government-owned consultancy company, according to a post published on the project’s official Facebook page.
The overseas block features 7-marla to 40-marla residential plots. As per the details, the new block – located at the highest point in the Capital Smart City premises – is a high-end planned community featuring luxurious amenities. Some of these announced amenities include waterfront view, mountain range and an 18-hole golf course – as per the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) standards.
Moreover, it was announced that this block will also have its direct entrance from Chakri Road, with 50-ft wide streets and linear park systems. The block is connected to the original CSC with transport options like QR coded bikes, hybrid/electric cars. The whole block is designed to emphasise its viewpoint.
