Islamabad: The Capital Smart City management has shared details on the deadline for booking commercial and residential plots in Overseas-2 Block and 3.5-marla residential plots in Harmony Park, according to the society’s official Facebook page.
As per the details, the last date for booking residential and commercial plots in the above-mentioned blocks is July 22. Via this notice, Future Development Holdings (FDH) (Pvt) Ltd – the project developer – further announced that the ballot to allocate plot numbers to these units will be held after the closure of booking process.
Previously in April, the FDH announced several concessions for its new clients in the wake of pandemic outbreak. This included extension in 3-year payment plan to 3.5 years, rise in discount percentage offered in the case of full and half payments in advance as well as the liberty to pick plots’ and/or villas’ location via society map. On top of that, the developer also announced to offer 10% discount on three instalments.
