Traditionally, the real estate focus remains on Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi because of the calibre of projects launched, but it is now high-time that the growing port city of Gwadar also offers something just as promising and fantastic.
We usually associate high quality with the United Kingdom, United States, and other European nations, with little thought given to the vast territory of Canada. A new, exciting project in Gwadar plans to change that mind set by featuring Canadian City, a symbol of high quality and comfortable living.
A project approved by the Gwadar Development Authority (GDA), Canadian City is a great housing society that has the potential for immense real estate returns. It provides a comfortable lifestyle and is situated near one of Asia’s largest business ports. As housing societies of this kind are scarce in Gwadar for the time being, this is a time to rejoice for residents who were continuously hoping for such a real estate project!
Read on to explore the project details.
Location
Canadian City lies on Mand Avenue, the road that connects the Makran Coastal Highway to the Balochistan Broadway. The old Jewni Road stretches through the premises which are surrounded by these spacious roads that are 100-foot to 150-foot wide.
The project can directly be accessed by the Main Coastal Highway and is connected to three spacious roads. At a short 4-minute drive from Zero Point, the society is safely at a 32-foot elevation from sea level, making it a strategically well-structured and centralised housing project.
Features and facilities
As a quality project, the society features all necessary features and facilities with convenient additions to add value. With contemporary systems for electricity, gas, telephone connectivity, and sewerage in place, it also features traditional add-ons, such as masaajid, a community centre, a high-rise commercial area, water treatment plant, girls’ and boys’ schools and colleges, sector markets, playgrounds and leisure parks.
And that’s not all! Canadian City also offers an electronic security system, a senior citizens’ club, and an indoor ladies’ club and swimming pool. All of these features and facilities can be availed at extremely reasonable rates.

The latest news regarding the port city of Gwadar is that Canada and the UAE have signed agreements with Pakistan to establish the world’s fifth, and Asia’s first coast, centre. The coast centre will be linked to all the business ports of the world and significantly enhance business activity. Three coastal centres are located in the United States and one in Norway, totaling four currently in existence.
The 3.2 billion dollar project will feature a “commercial village” and an “industrial village”. Additionally, Gwadar has been awarded the status of a duty-free zone for the next forty years in order to boost business activity. This is a major advantage for traders and businessmen residing in the area.
As real estate activity accelerated in 2014, so did real estate prices in the port city. Now, with all of the promises of prosperity coming along, this trend is likely to continue. Hopefully, Gwadar’s sparkling potential will also be seen in Canadian City.
How many of you are thinking of investing in this project? Let me know in the comments below
is it safe if someone invest in Canadian city? which group is developer overthere and is there any project delivered by the same group anywhere in pakistan?
Excellent question.
From obvious delay in answer from Zameen.com, you can clearly see that they dont know the answers od basic questions.
