According to reports, Assembly Member Chris Holden sponsored Concurrent Resolution # 104 to formally proclaim Punjab a sister state. The resolution will aid Punjab in reaping the benefits of technology transfer, bilateral connections, and technical support in education, agriculture, the environment, and cultural linkages.
