The cabinet members also discussed various other issues and projects related to education, development and governance. To facilitate vertical infrastructural development in the country, meeting approved the construction of high-rise buildings in several metropolises; including Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Karachi.
This was done keeping in mind the suggestions given by the Civil Aviation Authority so that air traffic is not compromised by the construction. This policy is expected to bring in more investment for the construction sector.
