According to the further details, it was disclosed in a session at the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) that the centre aims to streamline processes by providing “No Objection Certificates” (NOC) within a specified timeframe of 10-30 days through the collaboration of 17 departments.
PS Bhutta acknowledged the challenges faced by the business community, attributing 70% of the identified issues to federal and 30% to provincial departments, along with a few concerning local government matters. Expressing optimism, he emphasised that FBFC would play a pivotal role in addressing these imminent issues.
To facilitate investors, Bhutta outlined that 17 departments, including Housing, Local Government, FDA, WASA, TEPA, Forests, Tourism, Environment, Irrigation, Labour, and Social Security, among others, will establish their desks at the centre.

Additionally, federal entities such as Gas and Electricity will be part of this initiative as well. PS Bhutta highlighted that the application process for intending investors would be simplified, with the FBFC staff handling the remaining procedures. The Industries department has uploaded a comprehensive list of required documents and fee structures, ensuring transparency and efficiency. To reduce the need for multiple visits, a well-defined monitoring system has been put in place, allowing applicants to track their progress online.
