But
Let me show some pros and cons for the investors.
Pros:
This project having extremely good location as explained above.
The price is also very much economical if one predict the future prices of Gwadar.
Cons:
The project still lacks many features which an investors have to look while investing their hard earned money.
This project was inaugurated in 2007 as per its NOC “06/07/BPC/Com/GDA 17/02/2007 1600 Sq Yds 98807 (Sq ft)”
Now its 2016 ending but still the building is not even on its basements. The structure is same which was done in 2007-08 the actual work going on is very very slow.
So how you can say that it will be completed in 2018.

I second the point raised by Mr Zain that additional details such as record of previous projects etc should also be provided.
What about overseas investors are we safe to buy any property in gwadar.

Besides, the cons requiring clarifications as described by Nadir, more info about covered area of apartments, facilities proposed to given in the apartments, number of rooms in each apartment, pics of model apartments, features differences with the price rang of apartments i.e. what facilities will be added with the increase in the price of apartments should have also been mentioned in the article to facilitate investors to make investment decision.
