Karachi: The form submission deadline for Bahria Town Central Park Apartments is set to expire soon (November 21), a news source reported. As per the publication, the previous deadline announced by Bahria Town for this purpose had been November 14 — however, the housing authority extended this target date by a week, in order to provide interested parties more time to submit the relevant documents.
Bahria Town Karachi has developed the Central Park Apartments in such a way that it provides a mesmerising view of a park that they have created as an homage to the famous Central Park located in New York City. The developer launched the residential project on November 4, and provided the recent extension in a bid to facilitate the many applicants interested in registration.
In another pleasant effort, Bahria Town also announced a discount worth PKR 100,000 for applicants that used the booking form process. Once they become successful in the balloting process, the developer will adjust the discount amount in the down payment.
The Central Park Apartments project comprises of 2-bed flats, along with a limited number of 4-bed penthouses. In addition, the units offer panoramic views of the 32-acre central park built right across the building.
