Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General, who is also Lahore Commissioner, Muhammad Ali Randhawa ordered the renovation and repair of underpasses, flyovers, and pedestrian bridges within the next three months, reports a news source on September 15.

According to the source, the decision to put this development into effect was made during a crucial meeting chaired by the Lahore Commissioner, who entrusted the Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA) with the task of revamping these key elements of the city’s transportation network. The renovation work will kick off simultaneously across all underpasses, and cooperation from the private sector will also be sought to expedite the process.
Furthermore, the meeting reviewed various development projects, including the remodelling, repair, and maintenance of College Road. It also considered the establishment of a recreational facility for families at the LDA Avenue One Community Centre.
